EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY OF WINCHELL’S 

At Winchell’s, our customers are our priority. Please check out our easy exchange and return policy. Alternatively, our customer care team can help you with every step if you want to exchange your item(s).

Eligibility 

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Be returned within 10  to 14 days of purchase and have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Process 

To initiate an exchange or return process, please contact us at winchells.ao@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide the address and shipping instructions.

If your exchange or return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label along with guidelines on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

A 10% restocking and handling fee will apply to all returns.

Return policy 

If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 10–14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order invoice or confirmation email, is required.

  • Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items.

Exchange  policy

If you need to exchange an item, please follow our exchange policy:

  • Items can be exchanged within 10 to 14 days, subject to stock availability.

  • The customer covers the shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund policy

If you need to refund an item, please follow our refund policy:

  • Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
